1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Smart Cut Quote (“Software”), distributed by N C Tooling Pty Ltd, located at Suite 16, 31 South Corporate Avenue, Rowville VIC 3178 Australia (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

b. Restrictions: You may not modify, distribute, sell, or lease the Software, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Software; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Software.

8. Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
