By downloading, installing, or using Smart Cut Quote (“Software”), distributed by N C Tooling Pty Ltd, located at Suite 16, 31 South Corporate Avenue, Rowville VIC 3178 Australia (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
